The STANDARD version is made of carbon tool steel, with a clear varnish layer used as rust protection, which should be removed before using this blade for the first time. The PROFI version is made of a tool steel alloy, which ensures the blade's longest life and sharpest sharpness. The PROFI blade is oiled and hermetically sealed in foil.
