Sisal (agave fiber) disc: for the initial stages with abrasive pastes — sisal is rigid and increases the abrasive action of the paste. A dedicated disc for each paste: do not mix different pastes on the same disc — residues from the previous paste compromise the next stage.

At what speed should the paste be used on ferrous metals and aluminum alloys?

On aluminum: 1,000–1,500 rpm with a Ø 150 mm disc. Too high a speed overheats the surface causing deformations. Always test on an invisible area before proceeding on the entire surface.

How should polishing paste be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and frost. Close the lid after each use — exposure to air causes the paste surface to dry out. Ideal storage temperature: 5–25°C. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 2–4 years.
