- Tear-out-free planed surfaces on all types of wood
- 1050 mm long aluminium surface planing tables with fine adjustment and noise-reducing lips
- Thicknessing table guided on 4 columns, with a workpiece height range of 5 to 150 mm
- Serrated feed roller for steady feeding at 6 m/min
- 640 × 125 mm surface planing fence with prismatic guide, tilting from 90° to 45°
- Integrated chip extraction with chip collection bag and Ø 75 mm connection
- 230 V single-phase power supply
Uses and applications
The FS 260 S flattens and squares solid wood and brings it to the required thickness using a single machine. The spiral cutterhead operates with less noise and produces a clean finish even on wood with irregular grain or knots, where conventional knives tend to cause tear-out. With 1050 mm surface planing tables and a thicknessing capacity of up to 150 mm in height, it handles boards, strips and timber sections. It runs from a standard 230 V single-phase socket.
