How does a cyclonic extractor work and why does it reduce maintenance?
The cyclonic separator traps coarse chips and sawdust before they reach the main extractor filter: air enters tangentially into a conical cylinder, the circular motion causes heavy particles to fall into the tank below, while clean air rises towards the extractor. Result: the extractor filter clogs much more slowly — you empty the cyclonic tank instead of changing expensive filters.
What is the difference between FSG 1000, FSG 1100, and RLA series?
FSG 1000 and FSG 1100: compact cyclonic separators for extractors with 1.5–2.5 kW motors — benchtop or wheeled format.
