HV 80 OSZI Oscillating Edge Sander – Power, Precision, and Maximum Versatility
The HV 80 OSZI / 400 V is a professional edge sander, designed for intensive processing of wood, plastic, glass, and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the use of abrasive cloth belts, it is also possible to sand metal components, significantly expanding its applications.
The height-adjustable cast iron table allows the full width of the abrasive belt to be utilized, while the oscillation system optimizes belt wear, ensuring uniform and perfectly finished surfaces.
The machine is equipped with a -45°/+45° adjustable miter gauge, an auxiliary table, a quick-release system for belt changes, and an integrated tool storage compartment in the stand, making it a complete and versatile solution for professional woodworking shops and workshops.

Rough metal sanding (fast removal): P40–P60. Intermediate metal sanding: P80–P120. Metal finishing: P150–P240. Wood rough sanding: P60–P80. Wood finishing: P100–P180. For aluminum, use specific aluminum belts with open coat to prevent clogging. Do not mix belts used on metal with those to be used on wood.
Can the work table be tilted for bevels?
